Participants will also build a thorough understanding of Brazil's petroleum fiscal regime — covering production sharing, cost recovery, royalties, bonuses, corporate income tax, and local content obligations — and develop the ability to evaluate and benchmark these terms against international PSC models.

On the commercial side, the programmes equip delegates to interpret, structure, and negotiate Gas Sales Agreements, LNG Sale and Purchase Agreements, and joint venture arrangements, while integrating ESG obligations, decarbonisation commitments, and regulatory risk management into contract design.

At the strategic level, participants will leave with a cross-functional understanding of the oil, gas, and energy business — from subsurface to market — including energy transition dynamics, supply chain economics, and geopolitical influences on investment strategy.
